Yes. Everything is rinsed, dried and reassembled before we leave, and the oven is tested to make sure it is working exactly as it was. You can cook in it the same day — there is no waiting period and no need to burn anything off first.

The door glass is separated and cleaned on both inner faces, the shelves, racks, runners and trays are removed and tank-cleaned, and the cavity, roof, floor, back panel, fan cover and element are all hand-cleaned back to clean metal.

The seals, controls and the outside of the appliance are wiped down, everything is refitted and tested, and the floor and worktop around the oven are left clean.
